Where to Eat

What to eat
The multiethnic history of these islands, combined with its tropical geographical situation, and their world fame as vacation places, have contributed to the emergence of a delicious and diverse cuisine. Fruits and vegetables growing here, and fresh fishes, provide chefs with excellent ingredients to prepare incredible dishes, going from the bulls paw soup to the fungi (a pudding made of corn’s flour), passing through all kinds of French, Italian and Chinese food.
