WHERE TO EAT

What to eat
As expected from an island with expert boat builders, and a life so closely link to the sea, seafood is Anguilla’s specialty. Snail shells, lobsters, buccinos and all kinds of tropical fish are in the restaurant’s menus, European or Creole style as well. Fish and chicken barbecues, are also very popular here. Frequently are staged at the beach, and visitors with rented boats, may deal with the chef about cooking their own fish. For more information, please contact the local tourist office.
